Tastes of Telangana Pop Up Dinner - Friday

Meal sets come in two variations: Non-vegetarian and Vegetarian. 

Set 1: Non-Vegetarian

• Chicken Skewer - served with yougurt sauce (Allergens – Soy, dairy)
• Lamb Burger - grilled lamb patty, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, pickles, lettuce, curry leaf aioli. Served with green salad (Allergens – Gluten, dairy)
• Mango Sago Pudding - mango, coconut cream, condensed milk, tapioca pearls (Allergens – Dairy)
• Choice of Burdock Rice Lager or a non-alcoholic beverage.

Set 2: Vegetarian

• Crispy Corn - (Allergens - Soy)
• Veggie Burger- made from potato, kidney beans, sweet corn, rice flour, spices, herbs, lime. Served with a salad paired with cilantro lime vinaigrette and lentil crisps (Allergens – Gluten, dairy)
• Mango Sago Pudding - mango, coconut cream, condensed milk, tapioca pearls (Allergens – Dairy)
• Choice of Burdock Rice Lager or a non-alcoholic beverage,
